In celebration of Alec Monopoly's debuting art exhibition in Tel Aviv, Eden Gallery put on a show stopping, star-studded evening profound with buzz.
Alec Monopoly, world-renowned street artist and cultural commentator, spent an unforgettable night at Eden Gallery Tel Aviv, exhibiting his new skateboard collection. An exceeded turn out of over 1,000 guests were eager to be in the presence of the graffiti prodigy, blissfully unaware of the lively night ahead of them.
Upon Alec’s grand entrance led by astonishing music group Mayumana, attendees swarmed around the artist in unprecedented excitement, far from disappointed by his grandeur. The globally acclaimed artists’ long-awaited inauguration to Eden Gallery Tel Aviv certainly did not leave much to the imagination, seeing as the illustrious gallery has once again, exceeded everyone’s expectations.
The evening began with live DJing by Alec himself, with the most enthused crowd of locals and spectators from all over the world. Led shortly after by his personal introduction to his newest skateboard collection, hung along the exterior walls of Eden Gallery Tel Aviv, hovering over a life-size skate ramp. The artist enlightened the crowd about the story behind his skateboard collection, that being it is one of his much enjoyed hobbies amongst tagging, and DJing.
Alec's new skateboard collection combines his iconic illustrative street art aesthetic and his passion and love for skating culture and style. This collection of artworks are painted on real skateboard decks. Genuine and radical, this collection hits the high mark Alec has set for his work and is nothing short of what is expected of the monopoly man himself.
