Josepha was born in 1950 in the South West of France. From the Italian origin of her mother, she inherited her first name and probably her creativity. She was first a fashion designer and her collections of leather and hats earned her an international success that many others strive for. But Josepha was eager to confront other subjects. Meeting the man who today she shares her life with, a sculptor and a professor of plastic arts, would show to be life changing.
In 1992, she decided to dedicate her body and soul to her sculptures. Her life, characterized by a poetic style, is inspired by the fundamental elements of the earth, using bronze and resin. Her sculptures take on a dreamlike dimension, expressed by feminine forms striped to the essence and highlighted by a luxuriance of colored effects. Josepha currently lives in the Drôme countryside and in 2017 she made her Eden Fine Art exhibition debut.
