Working on canvas, aluminum, and new media, Nelson Fabiano continues to surprise his audience with his latest works. Fabiano uses a palette dominated by light grey and white with bursts of red, and his paintings reveal the pace and strength of the large cities photographed throughout his career. His work is the result of 20 years of research about assembly techniques and materials. His works evoke the spirit of the Big Apple, borrowing icons from the world of comics and the pop art world of the 2000s.
Born in Portugal on March 6, 1973, Nelson Fabiano now lives and works in Cannes, France. He exhibits his work in pop galleries with North American influences. He is a member of the Taylor Foundation and of the Maison Des Artistes in Paris.
